The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with the things that make a stay easier, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-end appliances, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, coffee station, games, beach toys, and an ice maker guests rave about for filling water bottles before heading out.

The outdoor space is the star. Grill dinner on the Traeger Ironwood XL, gather around the large patio table, watch the sunset from the upstairs balcony, or let the kids enjoy the games after a long beach day. Bringing your pup? We’re pet friendly, but please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach directly in front of the home. A nearby dog-friendly beach area/dog park is close by near 9610 Beach Blvd, just a short drive from the house.

Guests have full private access to the home for the duration of their stay. A unique keyless entry code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self check-in.

• Check-out: 10AM sharp

★ PROVIDED ESSENTIALS ★

To help you settle in, we provide starter supplies including:
• Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & soap
• Paper towels, dish soap & sponge
• Dishwasher tabs, trash bags & laundry tabs

★ BOOKING DETAILS ★

• Guests must be 25+ to book
• ID verification and signed rental agreement required
• Full refund less $250 cancellation fee if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• No refunds within 30 days of check-in

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

★ PET POLICY ★

We welcome up to 2 pets with a $125 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, do not leave them unattended inside the home, and clean up after them. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

★ HOUSE RULES ★

• No smoking inside the home
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM

Smoking violations will result in additional cleaning charges.

Please note: Exterior security cameras are in use for guest and property safety.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
